Are you experiencing temporary financial hardship?

We all face financial challenges at different points in our lives. If you are experiencing financial difficulty, we recommend you speak to your financial adviser as they will be able to advise on any changes you can make to your cover to help with affordability.

While we are unable to offer financial advice, we are committed to helping you keep your insurance cover in place; please call us and we will talk through the options available. You can reach us on 0300 123 3201 or by email member@the-exeter.com, we are here for you Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.
