18 May 2023 – UK protection and health insurer, The Exeter, has today announced that its Head of Healthcare Distribution, Karen Woodley, will be joining the Association of Medical Insurers and Intermediaries Executive Committee (amii).
With more than 20 years’ experience working in the health insurance sector, Karen has been successful in her application to join the Executive Committee and her addition further strengthens the long-standing relationship between The Exeter and amii. Karen will provide a fresh customer-focused perspective to the committee and will work alongside existing committee members, to ensure the best representation for the industry and its policyholders.
Since joining The Exeter in September 2015, Karen has played an integral part in leading The Exeter’s healthcare proposition, including the recent launch of the provider’s guided option on its Health+ product. Karen is also a well-respected spokesperson within the health insurance sector, helping The Exeter to develop its strong position in a growing market.
